- Purpose of Marriage: Reflecting Godā€™s love to the world and honoring Him through unity and self-sacrifice. Established as the initial biblical covenant (Genesis 2), marriage serves as a living symbol of Christ (the Bridegroom) redeeming His Church (the Bride).
- Sanctity of Marriage: A sacred covenant instituted by God, exclusively between one man and one woman, designed to be an exclusive, lifelong, and indissoluble union.
- Biblical Authority: Holding the Christian Bible as the inerrant Word of God and the ultimate, practical guide for resolving conflict, improving communication, and practicing mutual submission.
- Biblical Sexuality: Believing that sexual intimacy is a beautiful gift from God, designed to be expressed safely and exclusively within the bounds of marriage.
- Reconciliation and Grace: Extending to our spouses the same grace, forgiveness, and unconditional love that Christ extends to us. We promote emotional safety through intentional Accessibility, Responsiveness, and Engagement (A.R.E.).
